What is Prosthesis?

The removable prostheses used in the total edentulism cases are called as complete denture and those used in the partial tooth loss are called as removable partial denture. The holder claps causing aesthetics problems in the partial dentures can be removed by the utilization of the precise holders.
These are the prostheses under which there are metal alloys under the porcelain material in order to ensure the necessary stability. As well as changing according to the case, the metal alloys originate from Chromium-Cobalt or Chromium-Nickel. While the inability to prevent the metal appearance leads to aesthetic problems in certain cases, the nickel content may also cause an allergic reaction in certain patients.

This is the porcelain crowns applied as a thin layer on the front surfaces of teeth in the treatment of foretooth having aesthetics problems. Since they have a very thin structure and don’t contain metal alloy, they provide high aesthetics.
