Pulp is the innermost layer of the tooth and when it reaches this layer (Pulp) where the carious nerve and vessels are located, it causes severe night and day pain. Often bacteria in broken teeth or deep caries cause inflammation of the pulp. If the inflamed or damaged pulp is not removed, it causes infection in the tooth and surrounding tissues and the tooth is lost. At this stage, it is necessary to remove the pulp tissue and fill the root canal with suitable materials; these procedures are called root canal treatment. Canal treatment can take a single session, or in some cases, 4-5 sessions. In canal treatment applications, classical hand tools can be used, and this process can be done very quickly with current rotating tools.
